Spray Tan

On this course, Vhari will teach up to 3 students how to prepare themselves, clients, and their workspace for spray tan treatments. Students will learn how to use tanning equipment, understand the benefits and effects of cosmetic tanning ingredients on the skin, provide tanning treatments on the full body and face, best hygiene and safety practices, and all types of aftercare advice.

Students will be shown how to carry out a spray tan and are expected to carry out the second by themselves using a spray gun, compressor, a buffing mitt, spray tan liquid, moisturisers, and barrier cream. Recorded professional discussion can also be used as an assessment method. Students will be emailed a manual at least 1 week before the course and it is recommended that students spend around 2 hours reading this prior to the course.
